After a break of 8 weeks I got stuck in and finished one of the two lift levers, the lift arm has polyurethane bushes at the chassis end and a Rose joint the pull rod end.
The spring assm. sits on top of a Mini Suspension Knuckle, it has a ball end in a nylon cup, the bottom of the cone is convex so I will have to machine a corresponding concave seat for the cup which will sit at the bottom of the knuckle retainer.
