Improved Lift Lever

There is a subtle difference between the Mk1 and 2 Spring Lift Levers, the original had Shock Absorber mounted above the Coil-Over mount, it caused the shock absorber to be mounted a bit too high so mounting the Coil-Over and Shock on the same pivot increased the shock head room.
